Kim Grenier
Kim brings extensive experience in human resources leadership across the Marmon organization and the broader electrical industry. Most recently, she served as Group HR Talent & Project Leader for the Marmon Electrical Group, where she led group-wide initiatives focused on talent strategy, organizational development, and transformation. In this role, she drove the centralization of Talent Acquisition, helped shape the Group’s HR direction through participation in Marmon’s L&D and TA Councils, and advanced key programs including the Marmon Electrical Intern Program, the AMPED Operations Rotation Program, iLead, and Leading with Bold Ideas.
Earlier in her career with Marmon, Kim supported the Marmon Utility team as an HR Project Contractor, where she led the launch of the @marmonutility intranet, strengthening internal communication and connectivity across the organization.
Prior to joining Marmon, Kim served as Human Resources Manager for Hubbell’s Electrical Group. She acted as the HR business partner for Group employees and the automation machine development unit, while also directing strategic HR initiatives in support of the global Electrical HR team.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stonehill College and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Suffolk University.
